Practice becomes unlimited. A panchayat worker practices complicated eligibility benefit scenarios. A healthcare worker can rehearse a hundred patient interactions before their first real one.
Feedback becomes immediate. The AI evaluates each interaction and surfaces patterns the trainee might never notice.
