The human connection is voice interaction.
A farmer can ask a question out loud but can't type Hindi on a QWERTY keyboard. A frontline worker knows what she needs but struggles to navigate a website to find it. The interface that works is the one that listens.
We build voice agents that hold real conversations. Not rigid scripts. Not menu trees. Not "press 1 for English." Actual back-and-forth in the language the person speaks - Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, Telugu, and more. The agent understands code-switching. "Mera balance check kar do, please" - Hindi and English in the same sentence. That's how people actually talk.
These agents do more than answer questions. They take action. Agent workflows let them check eligibility, schedule appointments, send reminders, escalate to humans when needed. They're not just conversational interfaces - they're capable of completing tasks. Helping people. Being useful.

For training, they become characters. In our spatial environments, voice agents play the role of citizens, patients, customers. A trainee practices handling a difficult interaction. The agent pushes back, asks follow-up questions, creates the friction that builds skill.
